Job Description

Extend your personal and professional horizon and go further! Realize your potential by participating in our 18 months personalized International Graduate Program based in our Global Headquarters in Heidenheim (Germany) and during an assignment abroad!

Your area of responsibility:

  • Cross-functional project work split in different assignments within our global SCM organization (e.g. Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Operations, Order Fulfillment) in local companies and headquarter
  • Conceptual work on different strategic SCM topics and projects (e.g. SAP transformation project)
  • Analysis of supply chain relevant data in order to find ways to improve daily business and processes
  • Collaboration across diverse internal business units and external partners to foster a synergistic approach
  • Being responsible for project assignments abroad for several months and building up an international network
  • Professional and personal development supported by a mentor from senior management

What we look for:

  • An above-average Bachelor/Master degree preferably in economics or engineering with focus on SCM or logistics
  • Practical experience ideally in SCM, logistics, operations or project management, e.g. via internships
  • Ideally international experience, e.g. via study period or internships and openness to work and go abroad
  • A high level of analytical and strategic thinking and performance orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and ability to inspire others
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Willingness to travel and international mobility
