Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Marketing Experience Strategist (Journey Mapping & Personalization) IGP, you will help shape and scale customer journeys that turn customer and business insights into measurable experiences. You’ll design, orchestrate, and continuously optimize lifecycle experiences across Email, SEA, and Web personalization. Working closely with divisional marketing teams and key stakeholders, you’ll help unlock smarter segmentation, stronger personalization, and measurable marketing impact, while ensuring journeys are executed efficiently through marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and activation teams.

As you shape the future of customer marketing experiences, you will also have the opportunity to build your leadership skills needed to influence teams, drive strategic decisions, and take on increasing responsibility. This role is designed for ambitious graduates who want to lead, with the potential to grow into future leadership roles as you broaden your impact across the organization.

Your program consists of the following elements:

• Design omnichannel customer journeys driven by customer needs, behavioral insights, and business priorities
• Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to define journey goals, success criteria, personas, segmentation, and personalization requirements
• Convert insights and data into clear journey flows, decision logic, and experience blueprints
• Build and launch journeys at scale in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or coordinate execution with omnichannel activation teams)
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, monitor performance, and drive optimization via A/B and multivariate testing
• Document functional, technical, and data requirements to enable platform improvements and advanced personalization
• Support planning, creation, and quality review of Email and SEA campaigns, ensuring best practices and strong platform usage
• Contribute to end-to-end campaign management, including web experience personalization and marketing platform transitions
• Take part in international assignments/rotations to broaden your global perspective and build cross-functional networks
• Invest in continuous development through learning sessions, conferences and mentorship
• Build the strategic, influencing, and leadership capabilities needed to take on increasing responsibility and potential future leadership roles within the organization

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong curiosity and motivation to explore new marketing technology and modern lifecycle practices
• Excited to test new use cases and improve customer/stakeholder experiences
• Comfort working in international, diverse teams within a fast-moving environment
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; able to translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Analytical strength and a track record (or strong interest) in data-driven optimization
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting ideas to different audiences
• Experience with journey mapping, marketing automation, and omnichannel delivery
• Knowledge of Email, SEA, and web personalization best practices
• Willingness and enthusiasm for international assignments
• English skills: Very good (written and spoken)
