
The International Division Director of Advancement will act as an extension of the Executive VP of International Advancement, ensuring the strategies and execution of FCA's vision and mission across all four lanes of advancement: donor and board, talent, ministry and international. This role involves overseeing the development and training of systems, processes and resources in relation to advancement while ensuring alignment with FCA's core values and standards globally. This role works collaboratively with the IDVP to fully understand the vision and scope of ministry for the division.
MINISTERIAL DUTIES
These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission, and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. FCA expects all functions and responsibilities outlined below to be carried out with a heart surrendered to serving God as a form of worship.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Vision Casting
Assist the International Divisional Vice President (IDVP) in casting vision.
Develop necessary resources and training for staff and leaders to effectively communicate and realize this vision.
Oversee the development and empowerment of systems, processes, resources and trainings for staff and leaders in the division.
Develop teams across the division to grow and contextualize resources in each lane of advancement: talent, international, donor and board, and ministry.
Ministry Advancement Focus: ensure the collaborative development of contextualized ministry resources for E3 and ministry programs.
Talent Advancement Focus: train and develop leaders as partnerships are identified and renewed.
International Focus: grow partnerships with aligned US regions through pray, give and go initiatives.
Donor and Board Focus: contextualize and train leaders on biblical fundraising and leadership boards.
Work closely with the Divisional Directors of Sport and Administration to ensure global consistency and connectivity in ministry.
Ensure ongoing coaching and support for divisional staff and leaders to strategically execute ministry across all four lanes of advancement.
Partner with the aligned US Regional Directors of International Advancement (RDIA).
Collaborate with EVP of Advancement and IDVP on strategies, training and resources for international advancement.
