BDO Ireland LLP is continuing to grow its International Corporate Tax practice, supporting a diverse portfolio of multinational groups and internationally focused businesses. We are keen to connect with talented tax professionals across Part Qualified Senior, Qualified Senior, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager and Director levels who may be interested in future opportunities within our expanding team.

About the Team

Our International Corporate Tax team advises leading multinational organisations on a broad range of complex domestic and international tax matters. Working closely with clients operating across multiple jurisdictions, we help businesses navigate evolving global tax requirements, manage compliance obligations, and implement practical solutions to support growth and transformation.

From international expansions and group reorganisations to cross-border structuring, financing projects, and emerging tax developments, our team combines technical expertise with a commercial and client-focused approach. Through BDO's global network, we collaborate with tax professionals worldwide to deliver seamless international tax solutions.

These roles will be based in Dublin, with the flexibility of our hybrid working model, allowing a blend of office and remote working.

What you could be working on

• Advising multinational corporations on international corporate tax planning and cross-border transactions.
• Supporting clients with international expansions, restructurings, financings, refinancings, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Managing or contributing to corporate tax compliance, reporting, and advisory projects.
• Preparing clients for evolving global tax developments, including Pillar Two and other international tax initiatives.
• Researching complex international tax issues and providing commercially focused recommendations.
• Collaborating with BDO member firms across the global network to deliver cross-border solutions.
• Liaising with clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to coordinate international tax projects.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships across a broad range of industries.
• Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

We're interested in professionals with experience in

• Corporate and international tax within a professional services environment.
• Advising multinational companies and internationally focused businesses.
• Cross-border structuring, international tax planning, and group reorganisations.
• Corporation tax compliance and reporting.
• Supporting clients with international expansions, restructurings, financings and refinancings, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality technical advice.
• Leading teams and developing junior tax professionals (Assistant Manager level and above).
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across international networks and service lines.
• Part-qualified or qualified CTA / AITI, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications.
