What you’ll do:

You will join the team of Planning & Control following in particular the International Business reporting directly to the International Controlling Senior Manager.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following tasks:

  • Coordinating the monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting processes with delta analysis and reporting;

  • Ensuring consistency of the planning and reporting activities for the different countries and subsidiaries; coordination of business reviews meeting

  • Support in the implementation of the management control activities of the subsidiaries;

  • Support and coordination in the implementation of the guidelines given by HQ to the foreign subsidiaries;

  • Interfacing with the main corporate functions to support the transition phases for the new business;

  • Supporting in the preparation of business cases and simulations scenario for possible new tenders;

What you’ll bring:

  • Experienced (approx. 5 years) as a professional working in the controlling area of a structured company with exposure to complex or international environments;

  • Demonstrative experience of supporting business functions in performance management;

  • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;

  • Excellent knowledge of Office package and IT Financial and Reporting System (SAP, Oracle);

  • Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written;

  • Capable to work in team, with a flexible and proactive approach;

  • Know how to manage task and projects autonomously, having strong analytical skills and capability to relate and speak at executive level;
