Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor’s degree on communications, journalism or a related field. At least 8 years in the design of communications and behavior change campaigns, preferably with prior experience in the Solomon Islands.
The Communications and Behavior Change Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Lead the preparation of design of public awareness and behavior change campaigns
• Develop behavior change and public awareness strategy development
• Develop behavior change and public awareness framework
• Support the design and delivery of surveys to ensure appropriate engagement with communities
• Support community consultations
• Participate in the Inception Meeting
• Collect, review, and analyze relevant data
• Provide input into stakeholder engagement plan & field plan
• Co-design stakeholder workshop
