Job Description

At dentsu we are looking for an International consultant to be employed in our Milan office, within the International Hub team.
The selected candidate will report directly to the International Lead and will play a broad role in managing and coordinating international media activities for a key agency client operating in the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management Focus

• Manage the client’s communication plans, ensuring project milestones are met
• Build and maintain an effective, trust-based relationship with the client’s communication team
• Collaborate effectively with international Dentsu teams involved in the account scope
• Ensure the smooth running of daily coordination activities
• Effectively support international governance processes

Business Management Focus

• Coordinate the development of responses to client briefs across key markets
• Oversee multi-country planning activities across relevant markets
• Work closely with strategic teams and all internal stakeholders to meet client needs in a coordinated and efficient way
• Manage both internal and client-facing reporting
• Support the creation and update of marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, training content, etc.)

Requirements

• Knowledge of major offline and online media channels and their planning logic
• Previous experience in managing media activities in an international scope
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) — mandatory
• Strong coordination skills, autonomy, and ability to plan tasks effectively
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Precision, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset

Personal Skills

• Professional experience in the beauty industry and/or strong interest and knowledge of the sector and its key players
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Good time and project management skills
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
