This roleis responsible forthe overall revenue and net unit growthacross portfolio primarily in Japan and Korea. He/she guides the implementation and execution ofbusiness planobjectivesthrough providing operational/brand support and consultation to JVpartners/licensees/franchisees to maximize brand equity and configurations in their respectivemarkets. He/sheis responsible forboth existing businesses and new brand/market launches.Providing consultative support and overseen to partners/licensees in all business areas. Responsible forcoaching and holding their partner/licensees accountable to the standards and reputation of the brandwhile driving sales and profitability and enhancing guest satisfaction. And creating growth opportunitiesthrough effective business planning,driverestaurant excellence through coaching and action planning,andbuildeffective relationships through mutual trust and respect.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible ofestablishand maintainstrong business partnership with our local partner and licensees, through systematic approach to gain business and commercialinformation, provide constructive feedback and consultation on businessinitiatives and short /mid- and long-termplanning
Establish aclear KPI metrictarget andkeep clear alignment withlocal partners to achieve Inspiregoals and targets. Andmanagemultiple stakeholdersinternalandexternal, move the needle instuckprojects
Learn and live the current OKR approach, and educate market take similar approach tofocus on store development and reach target profitability A strong believerinconsistent operationstandard, able todemonstrateandreinforce onit to marketsto meet Inspire expectation
Work with a cross-functional Inspire team and Direct Manager for partners/Licenseesreachtheir business targets,growthand profitability

Influence partners/licensees on the value of the people developmentcomponentof their business plan and provides guidance on organizational structure and succession planning
Utilize our coaching model byseekingfirst to understand, providing candid feedback, offering suggestions, and committing time and resources. Building and developing the competencies of the partner/licensees of Inspire brand knowledge and operations.
Management of Company budgetwith direct manager andManagespersonal expenses, follows all policies andrequiredprocedures, and documents all franchisee interactionsand other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in small to medium franchisee general management or large franchisee Director of Ops experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Fluency in communicating in English and ability to read, write & speak the language(s) in the assigned region (Korean and Japanese)
Demonstrated experience in providing technical and operational training
Strong relationship building skills; able to motivate and coach with excellent communication skills
