Responsibilities

1. Own business development for overseas Team Plan and SMB customers, identify opportunities, and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, customer engagement, demos, trials to conversion. 2. Manage customer relationships and growth by understanding customer needs and use cases, driving activation, conversion, renewal, and expansion. 3. Build and optimize sales operations processes, including lead management, lead routing, customer follow-up, and pipeline management to improve sales efficiency. 4. Drive business performance through data analysis and operational management, tracking key metrics such as pipeline, customer growth, seats, revenue, and conversion. 5. Collaborate with regional teams across North America, Europe, Japan, and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and User Operations to execute business strategies and sales plans. 6. Capture customer insights, market trends, and sales best practices to build scalable business development strategies and support global growth. 1. 负责海外 Team Plan 及中小企业客户的商业拓展，挖掘潜在客户机会，推动 Lead 获取、客户沟通、Demo、试用及商业转化。 2. 负责客户关系维护与增长，深入理解客户需求和使用场景，推动客户 Activation、Conversion、Renewal 及 Expansion。 3. 负责销售流程和业务运营管理，建立并优化 Lead 分发、客户跟进、Pipeline 管理等机制，提升销售团队协作效率。 4. 围绕业务目标开展数据分析与经营管理，拆解 Pipeline、客户数、Seats、Revenue、Conversion 等核心指标，跟踪业务表现并推动目标达成。 5. 协同北美、欧洲、日本等海外区域团队，以及市场、产品、用户运营等团队，推动商业策略和销售计划落地。 6. 沉淀海外客户需求、行业洞察和销售打法，形成可复制的商业拓展策略，支持业务规模化增长。

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in international business development, B2B sales, sales operations, customer success, or related roles. 2. Proven experience in SMB customer acquisition and sales conversion, with the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. 3. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define goals, analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and drive improvements. 4. Professional English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with global customers and collaborate across regions. 5. Good understanding of overseas markets such as North America, Europe, and Japan; international business experience is a plus. 6. Familiarity with sales operations frameworks including Lead Management, Sales Funnel, and Pipeline Management, with strong process-building capabilities. 7. Strong customer focus, communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration abilities; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have 1. Experience in SaaS, AI, PLG (Product-led Growth), or Product-led Sales, with familiarity with subscription-based or enterprise business models. 2. Experience in gaming, 3D, Creative Tools, Creator Economy, or related industries, with an understanding of global creators or enterprise users. 3. Experience building overseas sales processes, CRM systems, or regional growth frameworks from 0 to 1. 1. 3年以上海外商业拓展、B2B 销售、Sales Operations、Customer Success 或相关工作经验。 2. 具备中小企业客户拓展和销售转化经验，能够独立推进从 Lead 发现、客户沟通到成交转化的完整流程。 3. 具备较强的数据经营意识，能够围绕业务目标拆解指标、分析问题，并通过数据驱动业务优化。 4. 英文可作为工作语言，能够独立进行海外客户沟通及跨区域团队协作。 5. 对北美、欧洲、日本等海外市场有一定理解，有实际海外业务拓展经验优先。 6. 熟悉 Lead Management、Sales Funnel、Pipeline Management 等销售运营体系，具备较强的流程建设和业务管理能力。 7. 具备较强的客户意识、沟通能力和跨团队项目推动能力，能够适应快速变化的业务环境。 加分项： 1. 有 SaaS、AI、PLG（Product-led Growth）或 Product-led Sales 相关经验，熟悉订阅制或企业服务商业模式。 2. 有游戏、3D、Creative Tools、Creator Economy 等相关行业经验，理解海外创作者或企业用户需求。 3. 有从 0 到 1 搭建海外销售流程、CRM 体系或区域商业增长体系的经验。
