ACG_3825_JOB Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. JOB DESCRIPTION Be responsible for implementing healthcare information systems such as HIS, EMR, and PACS for international clients, including system installation, configuration, system integration, and data migration. Develop detailed implementation plans and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule. Conduct system testing, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prior to project acceptance. Lead or coordinate Go-live activities and provide support to clients during the initial operational phase. Deliver training to end users and system administrators. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials in English. Serve as the primary technical point of contact and support clients in resolving issues arising during system operation and usage. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to applications, databases, networks, and operating systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Management, or other related disciplines. Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server environments. Proficiency in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server. Good knowledge of computer networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, and related technologies. Experience with Docker is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT or in software implementation, operation, technical support, or related functions. Fluent English across all four skills, with the ability to communicate and work directly with international clients. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, customer service orientation, and training capabilities. Ability to work independently, perform effectively under pressure, and undertake long-term overseas business assignments.
