International Brand Manager - Endodontics


Location: Spain | Hybrid: Co-working Barcelona & Home-based

International role

We are looking for an International Brand Manager - Endodontics to join a fast-growing and entrepreneurial international business unit within the dental industry. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth, increasing brand awareness and generating demand globally, while working closely with international teams, distributors and digital marketing specialists.

This position offers the opportunity to shape global brand strategy, lead impactful marketing initiatives and contribute to the development and expansion of innovative endodontic brands across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an international multi-channel brand strategy aligned with the global marketing objectives of the business unit.
  • Lead the development and management of brand identity, positioning and value proposition for the endodontic portfolio.
  • Create and coordinate engaging marketing campaigns and materials across digital and offline channels, including catalogs, product guides, brochures, promotional materials, digital content and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and digital marketing teams to ensure effective product marketing communication and demand generation.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs with distribution partners to support brand growth and market expansion.
  • Support the company’s presence at key international congresses and industry events such as IDS, AEEDC and ESE.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitor activities in order to identify opportunities and improve brand positioning.
  • Define KPIs, evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. An MBA will be considered a plus.
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within consumer goods or healthcare-related industries.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Experience implementing digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent English is required. Additional European languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Availability to travel internationally up to approximately 25 percent of the time.

We Offer

  • Salary of 40,000€ gross per year paid in 14 installments, including summer and winter extra payments.
  • Annual MBO bonus of up to 4,000€.
  • 24 working days of vacation per year plus December 24th, December 31st and your birthday as additional days off.
