EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as one of the largest mining pools in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including mining solutions, payment infrastructure, digital asset products, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to support accounting and finance operations for a group of international companies.

This role combines accounting control, document flow, invoicing, bank operations, work with external accountants, audit support, and participation in process optimization.

Responsibilities

• 
  Maintain and control accounting processes for a group of international companies.
• 
  Work with primary documentation: invoices, acts, bank statements, contracts and supporting documents.
• 
  Issue invoices to international partners and monitor payments together with sales managers.
• 
  Control bank, revenue, clients and suppliers sections.
• 
  Check accounting data in QuickBooks, 1C or similar systems.
• 
  Coordinate with outsourced accounting providers and control the quality of their work.
• 
  Maintain electronic and physical document archives.
• 
  Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• 
  Reconcile balances with counterparties, tax authorities and other stakeholders.
• 
  Prepare documents for external auditors and help resolve audit comments.
• 
  Participate in restoring documentation and accounting data for previous periods.
• 
  Support contract approval processes.
• 
  Contribute to accounting process optimization and automation.
• 
  Support management reporting and financial data analysis.

Requirements

• 
  2+ years of experience in accounting, financial accounting, finance operations or a similar role.
• Experience with UAE / Dubai jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of accounting entries and accounting logic.
• 
  Experience with primary documentation, bank operations, AR/AP, clients and suppliers.
• 
  Experience with international companies, foreign counterparties or multiple legal entities.
• 
  Experience preparing documents for audits or working with external auditors.
• 
  Experience with QuickBooks, 1C or similar accounting systems.
• 
  Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and working with large datasets.
• 
  English level sufficient for working with documents and business correspondence.
• 
  High attention to detail, accuracy and responsibility.
• 
  Ability to work independently, ask questions and request feedback when needed.
• 
  Readiness to work with operational tasks, documentation and financial systems.

  Experience with US, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Belarus or other international jurisdictions.

  Experience in IT, fintech, crypto, consulting or international companies.

  Multi-currency accounting experience.

  Experience restoring accounting records or documentation.
