We’re seeking a strategic Account Director who can translate insight into clear, commercially impactful solutions. If you have strong Offline Media expertise across linear TV/ BVOD/ CTV/ OOH/Print/ Radio/ Podcasts and Audio, we’d like to hear from you.
As our Account Director, you’ll act as the strategic lead and trusted partner to clients, using data and insights to guide the direction and performance of their campaigns.
You will work closely with the Business Director and Board Directors to oversee the end-to-end delivery from Media strategy and planning, through to creating insight driven media campaigns.
The role is fast paced and varied so it will suit candidates skilled in analytics and who are commercially savvy but also an effective manager to develop a high performing team, providing hands-on support and mentorship.

You will lead theâ¯planning, activationâ¯andâ¯deliveryâ¯of media campaignsâ¯across â¯linear TV/ BVOD/ CTV/ OOH/Print/Radio/Podcastsâ¯andâ¯Audio.

Lead and develop Offline Media Strategies
Set and steer longâterm client strategies for sustained growth.
Lead the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns, from planning to execution, across DRTV, radio, outdoor, digital, print and additional channels.
Provide strategic recommendations rooted in insight and performance.
Play a decisive role in accelerating new business opportunities
Manage your team to execute strong, integrated, result-driven media campaigns.

5+ yearsâ proven expertise in Offline media, including DRTV, radio, outdoor and Print.
Proficient in planning and buying across a range of media channels, DRTV included.
Strong client rapport with solid ownership of several key accounts.
Sound strategic experience with the ability to deliver clear, impactful recommendations.
Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to lead client meetings and deliver impactful presentations.
