About the Team
The Internal Wholesaler is a vital strategic partner to Empathy’s External Wholesalers, driving the day-to-day execution that keeps each territory running at full strength. This role leads the operational, analytical, and communication workflows that empower the field team to deepen advisor engagement and accelerate adoption of Empathy-enabled insurance products.
You will collaborate closely with External Wholesalers ensuring strong CRM discipline, accurate reporting, and coordinated advisor and partner interactions. This is the central hub role that keeps the wholesaling engine running smoothly. This role will report to the VP, Account Partnerships & Distribution.

What We’re Looking For
The salary for this position ranges between $100,000 - $120,000 which includes base salary and variable components. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
