Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, our teams aim to deploy 15,000 fast-charging points by 2030, contributing to Europe’s energy transition.

In just 5 years, we have:

  • Deployed +660 stations and 2,000+ fast-charging points

  • Opened offices in several European countries

  • Raised over €1B from leading investors and institutions

  • Joined French Tech Next40 and won European Scale-up of the Year 2024

  • Grown to a team of 250+ talented people… and we’re just getting started!

💼 Your Mission

The team's mission

The Internal Tools team builds the operational layer that amplifies employee effectiveness through trusted tools and automation. We create the infrastructure that helps our colleagues work smarter and focus on what matters most. Our goal is to develop a scalable platform that can be navigated not only by humans but also by agents, enabling intelligent automation at scale across the organization.

Your role in this mission

You'll translate these opportunities into concrete technical projects. A key part of your role is ensuring our platform remains scalable and agent-navigable, building the foundations for intelligent automation while delivering tangible value today.

With a lean team of 2, you'll be both architect and builder. You'll foster a culture of rapid iteration and continuous improvement, where we learn from our users, adapt quickly, and always bias towards action over perfection.

  • Provide regular feedback, clear growth paths, and remove blockers to enable autonomy

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

Drive delivery and impact

  • Jump across different stacks and domains (front-end, back-end, ML, infra) as needed. We value fast learners who can tackle diverse technical challenges

  • Make autonomous decisions using business sense and technical judgment to balance speed, quality, and impact

Collaborate across product and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the PM on roadmap planning, prioritization, and translating business requirements into technical solutions

  • Partner with teams across the organization to understand needs, gather feedback, and drive adoption

  • Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and timelines clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Build the platform that powers Electra
  • Drive operational excellence through automation and smart tooling that amplifies employee effectiveness across the organization

  • Architect a coherent, scalable platform designed for an agentic future where AI agents seamlessly interact with and orchestrate our tools

  • Balance immediate business needs with long-term platform evolution, ensuring every decision moves us toward our vision
