We are committed to shaping a future where innovation and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

As an Internal Strategy & Process Consulting Associate II, you will independently lead one or more workstreams within complex consulting engagements. You will translate ambiguous business questions into hypotheses, analyses, stakeholder plans, milestones, and high-quality deliverables; determine what evidence is needed to answer the question; and synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into decision-ready recommendations. Job Responsibilities

  • Independently lead one or more engagement workstreams from planning through execution, translating ambiguous business questions into hypotheses, analyses, stakeholder plans, milestones, and deliverables while creating clarity, alignment, and accountability across the team
  • Determine the analyses and evidence required to answer key business questions; synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into insights, implications, and recommendations.
  • Manage workstream stakeholders, conduct senior stakeholder interviews, resolve dependencies, and demonstrate leadership through influence to advance decisions and outcomes without direct authority
  • Own the workstream storyline and develop executive-ready presentations that communicate complex analysis clearly and drive decisions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to conduct stakeholder interviews, develop frameworks, and generate insights that inform process optimization, organizational transformation, and functional strategy development efforts.
  • Analyze and visualize key business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement using advanced data analytics and statistical inference techniques.
  • Design and facilitate working sessions or workshops to diagnose issues, align stakeholders, develop solutions, and advance decisions.
  • Identify opportunities where GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics can improve business processes or customer/employee experiences; translate needs into use cases and partner with Product, Data, and Technology to assess feasibility and value.
  • Use GenAI/LLM tools effectively and responsibly across the consulting lifecycle, including research, synthesis, analysis, ideation, and deliverable development.
  • Coach and develop junior team members through day-to-day guidance, feedback, and quality review; foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning, and actively contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing consulting culture

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, internal consulting, strategy, transformation, or a comparable problem-solving environment.
  • Demonstrated experience independently owning and delivering a meaningful workstream or equivalent body of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead collaboratively, develop junior colleagues, and foster an inclusive team environment while balancing individual ownership with shared accountability for engagement outcomes
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills, including hypothesis development, workplan design, analytical prioritization, and synthesis.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data to diagnose issues, quantify impact, and support recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use GenAI/LLM tools effectively in professional problem solving and to critically evaluate outputs.
  • Experience in team building, with a focus on constructing diverse teams with varied experiences, skills, and backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using digital process tools and AI systems to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Experienced in creating presentations, both written and verbal, tailored for senior audiences.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop SME-level understanding of new topics quickly.
