For our SI GSW organization, we are looking for an Internal Services Professional. We are looking for a business-minded professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent coordination and communication skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with senior management, driving cross-functional alignment, and transforming data into actionable insights that support business growth and operational excellence.

As an Internal Services Professional, your responsibilities will be:

  • Coordination and prioritization of meetings and management agenda
  • Close communication and alignment with PTI, SOL, and SER organizations in Turkiye
  • Tracking and coordination of contractual and administrative paperwork
  • Support in developing business cases and business models
  • Preparation of management reports, KPI dashboards, and business performance analyses
  • Follow-up of action items from management meetings and governance boards
  • Coordination between Ankara and Istanbul offices to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Support for Town Hall preparations and internal communication activities

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Psychological Counseling and Guidance, Sociology or a related field.
  • Advanced command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional experience in business operations, management support, PMO, business controlling, strategy, or a similar role.
  • Good command of MS Office applications.
  • Experience creating management presentations, business reports, and KPI dashboards.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline..
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and engineering documentation.
