Department Liaison: Act as the core liaison between the shop floor and the sales department to ensure seamless internal communication and vehicle flow.
Manage Documentation: Handle service documentation, repair orders, and manufacturer submissions.
Internal Support: Support technicians, parts, and management for a smooth daily workflow.
