At TrxNow®, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales seem.  That’s why we’re searching for a qualified Internal Sales Executive to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in an internal sales or telesales role (typically 1-3 years) or in customer service, preferably within a related industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools and comfort learning new technologies and systems
- Self-starter and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales, driven to meet and exceed targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and management skills
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize work, and adapt during pressured situations
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Customer-centric with a strong commitment to service excellence
Preferred

Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar environment
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a contact center environment
