THE OPPORTUNITY

Fluiconnecto is growing faster in the Hydraulics area than ever before, due to that we are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales/Counter Salesperson to join our small and friendly team based at our Emerald QLD office.

If you enjoy providing outstanding customer service and have experience within Hydraulics, Industrial Sales or any other similar industry, then this might be the perfect role for you! This is a very fun customer facing position where you will provide INBOUND premier customer service and offer timely solutions in resolving enquires with our valued internal and external customers.

• Permanent, full-time role with flexible working hours between 8am-5pm.
• Interviews are available ASAP.

• The role is based out of our Emerald QLD branch with occasional travel required within the region as and when required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deal with all inbound Customer Service enquiries
• Face to face over the counter enquiries
• Prepare customer quotes and process customer orders and invoices as required
• Assist new customers with product selection
• Answer telephones and respond to our clients’ queries which may include following up orders, responding to complaints or providing technical support
• Sourcing & offering alternative products
• Processing all specific customer credits from start to finish

ABOUT YOU

• Have extensive experience in customer service, internal sales or technical and support functions
• Hydraulics experience or similar experience in an industrial setting preferable
• Be an excellent problem solver
• Come with great time management skills
• Have exceptional organisational skills
• Be able to travel within the region as and when required
