Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break). Office-based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Support Executive to join a growing and well-established business operating within a essential services environment. This is a newly created role, introduced as part of a wider investment into people and process, designed to support a busy sales function and improve customer experience.

Working closely with the internal and external sales teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive a seamless, professional and responsive service. You will act as a key point of contact for incoming enquiries, provide essential administrative and sales support, and help free up the sales team to focus on proactive, revenue-generating activity.
You’ll be confident on the phone, highly organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You enjoy being part of a team, but are equally capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
