YOUR ROLE

Internal Sales Support

YOUR TASKS

• Customer dialogue, quoting, and order processing
• Technical support via phone, mail and teams
• Sales backup and daily support to customers and distributors
• Handling and coordination of service visits and claims
• Follow-up on inquiries, projects, and deliveries
• Maintenance of data in CRM/ERP systems (C4C/SAP)
• Assisting external sales with public tenders and projects
• Ad hoc administrative tasks
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing the sales process from quotation to delivery
• Effective collaboration within the team and with the external sales team

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

• Technical background, either through education or practical experience with advanced technical products (Sales and service/support)
• Motivated to learn and understand complex systems and processes
• Experience in technical support
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industry
• Experience in solution-based sales and customer advisory, combining technical and commercial needs
• Experience with coordinating and booking service technicians, as well as quotation and order handling in CRM/ERP systems, is an advantage
• Experience with SAP is a significant advantage
• Professionally and personally strong, able to make independent decisions, and thrives in a role with many tasks and frequent interruptions
• Speaks and writes Danish and English fluently at a solid business level
