About the Role

As an Internal Sales Specialist with Dutch proficiency, you will manage a portfolio of customers, developing strong knowledge of multiple technology vendors, their products, pricing, and sales processes. You will be responsible for managing quotes, supporting customer requests, identifying sales opportunities, and helping drive them through to closure. The role includes team performance-based incentives linked to business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and product expertise.
• Plan and execute outbound calls to generate new business and identify opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Actively sell by gathering customer insights and planning strategic engagements.
• Manage or coordinate projects, involving pre-sales when technical input is needed.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations across relevant segments.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer backorder expectations.
• Support partner development through account planning and cross-selling.
• Identify project opportunities and collaborate with BDMs when specialized knowledge is required.

What We're Looking For

• Professional proficiency in both English and Dutch.
• Previous experience using CRM systems and tools for quotations and order entry.
• Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus, but not essential.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the sales process.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Results-oriented, with a drive to achieve targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
