To strengthen our back-office team in Belgium, we are looking for an Internal Sales Representative (all genders) who will be the first point of contact for their customer portfolio, guiding customers throughout the entire order process and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled accurately and on time.

In this role, you’ll combine daily customer contact with administrative responsibilities and work closely with both internal colleagues and the external sales team to ensure smooth and reliable customer support.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders from start to finish in SAP
• Answering customer inquiries by phone and in writing
• Tracking deliveries, dealing with complaints, returns, and credit memos
• Preparing and processing quotes based on price lists
• Providing administrative support to the sales team
• Following up overdue invoices and accounts receivable files
• Recording and tracking opportunities, cases, and customer information in Salesforce
• Actively contributing ideas for improvements to processes and the customer experience
• Collaborating with colleagues in customer service, sales, and the international headquarters

Your profile:

You find fulfillment in helping customers and enjoy bringing structure to a dynamic environment. You communicate effectively, work with precision, and maintain a clear overview when handling multiple cases simultaneously.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• You have experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales, or a similar administrative-commercial role
• You have experience with SAP, Salesforce and working with Excel is a piece of cake for you
• You work with precision and have strong administrative skills
• You are customer-focused and solution-oriented
• You are flexible and feel comfortable in an organization that is evolving and changing
• You are a team player who enjoys achieving results together
• Languages: fluent in Dutch and French; English sufficient for internal communication with the headquarters in Germany, any additional language (German) is a plus

• You’ll work 37.5 hours a week and have 27 days holiday, after the onboarding period, you’ll have the option to work from home up to 2 days per week and flexible working hours
