Reporting to the Strategic Sales Manager and working alongside the Sales Team, you will:

  • Source, research, and assess potential Clients through a range of approved lead generation databases and channels.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to uncover new opportunities and support business growth.
  • Research, identify, and nurture potential Clients by guiding opportunities from lead generation and qualification through to relationship development and final sale.
  • Support and execute lead generation programs aligned with marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Engage with prospective Clients in a professional and customer-focused manner across telephone, email and digital communication platforms.
  • Ensure all information is accurately captured and maintained within EPH’s CRM.
  • Track and evaluate metrics, using insights and data to enhance targeting, improve engagement and increase conversion rates.

However, you must have:

  • Previous experience in outbound telephone sales, business development or a lead generation role.
  • Experience in logistics, transport or B2B services is advantageous however not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage prospective clients across phone, email and online channels.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a meticulous approach to daily planning, following procedures and maintaining accuracy.
  • A self-driven and proactive working style, with a demonstrated ability to meet performance objectives and contribute to team success.
  • The ability to use CRM platforms, databases and lead management tools.
