The Role
As our Account Manager, you will be a vital part of our close-knit team, driving sales volume, growth, and account penetration by effectively promoting our products and services. You'll be responsible for
managing a select portfolio of accounts while also cultivating new business opportunities within your designated territory. We're seeking a team player with a proven track record in account management and winning new business and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Once you have completed your induction period in branch your role will be mostly on the road visiting existing and potential new customers.
Key Criteria
If you meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management and business development
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with a knack for engaging prospective clients and decision-makers
• Ability to quickly identify and address the needs of clients, matching them with Silverback's offerings
• Commitment to delivering professional presentations and representing the company with integrity
• Permanent residency and the right to work in Australia

Your Background
Ideally, you have a background in sales within small to medium-sized supply chains or industrial suppliers. You’re experienced in developing and managing commercial relationships, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
