You'll support the management of a customer portfolio across Sydney, focusing on contract renewals and new business growth. Working towards sales targets with team support
Building positive, long-term customer relationshipsManaging incoming calls, emails, and customer requests while supporting field sales
Identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining customer contracts prior to expiry
Generating leads and conducting outbound calls to current and potential clients
Building strong relationships with internal teams and clients
Ensuring accurate data entry and escalating complaints/compliments to management
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a sales environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (training provided)
No prior sales experience required—we'll provide comprehensive trainingCertificate VI in Business or equivalent workplace experience
Proven experience in inbound/outbound sales with SME customers
Strong computer literacy (CRM, Gmail, G Suite, and preferably AS400, SAP, or SalesForce)
Professional telephone manner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet sales targets
