Job Description

The main responsibility of this role is providing professional technical support for SEA internal sales activities and coordinating the sales operation work.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Providing daily technical selection and quotation in accordance with the required specifications with customers’ enquiries.
  • Collaborate with global suppliers for alignment in technical details, parameters and requirements to ensure the consistency of provided solutions and quotations.
  • Coordinate with SEA customers and internal technical functions for non-standard product follow-up and implementation such as ANSI standard, liquid cooling and electronic products.
  • Independently conduct technical communication and seminars that aims to spec-in, pre-sales deviation clarification, after-sales problems shooting etc.
  • Liaise closely with the factory to ensure the updated products and technical information are applied to SEA market.
  • Bidding literature support.
  • Sales operation support.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, Engineering & Mechanical major is preferred

MANAGEMENT:

Individual Contributor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years’ related experience in industrial manufacturing, solid technical background is preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and B2B sales cycles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who builds strong, collaborative relationships with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams
  • Workable English in written at least

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work in office environment.
  • May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
  • 20% business travelling on job requirements
