Internal Sales Executive & Customer Service Executive

Location: Sidcup, Kent (Office Based)

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 DOE + Company Bonus

Hours: 08.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (Flexibility if needed)

What’s the role about?

You'll be at the heart of the customer journey, balancing customer service with proactive account development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outbound account management calls to an established customer base.
• Follow up promotional activity and encourage repeat business from existing customers.
• Process sales orders accurately through the ERP system.
• Respond professionally to incoming customer enquiries and order requests.
• Support field sales representatives with appointment booking, quotes and customer updates.
• Contact prospective customers to introduce the business and distribute product catalogues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support wider sales administration activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise customer retention and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in internal sales, customer service, account management.
• Confident and engaging on the telephone.
• Commercially minded with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• A strong communicator with a friendly and professional approach.
• Comfortable working within a busy office-based environment.
• Keen to contribute to a collaborative, values-led business culture
