Position Summary
We are looking for our next Sales Professional with a love of design and the desire to be part of a high-performing team! Reporting to the Sales Leadership team, the Internal Sales Coordinator will have a keen interest in sales, a passion for customer experience, and the drive to identify, develop, and convert opportunities.
In this role, you will support revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, developing, and nurturing sales opportunities across residential and commercial channels. You will serve as a central connection point between customers, digital leads, market intelligence, Caesarstone's field sales organization, and the fabricator network. You will provide concierge-level support throughout the project journey while ensuring qualified opportunities are effectively developed and transitioned to the appropriate field sales resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with prospects generated through Caesarstone Studio sample orders, digital campaigns, external lead sources, and other inbound channels.
- Serve as the primary concierge contact for qualified leads and provide a positive, responsive Caesarstone brand experience throughout the project journey.
- Contact sample-order leads to understand the customer, project type, project size, location, timeline, material requirements, decision-making process, and overall sales potential.
- Qualify and score projects using defined criteria such as estimated square footage or value, project stage, timing, customer type, specification influence, number of units or locations, conversion probability, and strategic importance.
- Maintain an appropriate follow-up cadence based on lead score, project stage, and customer needs, ensuring opportunities continue to progress through the sales funnel.
- Support market insight and pipeline development for commercial projects by researching and identifying relevant commercial, multifamily, hospitality, residential development, and other strategic project opportunities.
- Capture available commercial project intelligence, including developers, architects and design firms, general contractors, fabricators, project size, construction timing, specification status, and potential surface-material opportunity.
- Identify decision makers and key influencers within targeted leads and projects and develop ongoing relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Create, maintain, and update qualified opportunities in the CRM, including contacts, project details, estimated value, opportunity score, stage, activities, next steps, and ownership.
- Provide ongoing project concierge support, including product and color selection assistance, samples, product information, and coordination of project renderings or other visualization tools.
- Introduce qualified customers to CS Connect and assist with account registration, onboarding, navigation, and obtaining project quotes through the platform.
- Identify and connect customers with appropriate Caesarstone fabricator partners based on geography, project requirements, capabilities, and established criteria, and facilitate introductions as needed.
- Determine when field engagement is required and coordinate a visit or handoff to the appropriate BDM, Independent Sales Representative, A&D representative, ASM, or other field resource based on established opportunity criteria.
- Provide the field team with a complete project brief before handoff, including customer information, project scope, opportunity score, activities completed, key contacts, timing, and recommended next steps.
- Maintain visibility to qualified opportunities after field engagement and follow up with customers and field teams on samples, quotes, fabricator introductions, design decisions, construction schedules, conversion status, and next steps.
- Analyze lead and project activity to identify trends in product interest, geography, customer segments, commercial project activity, competitive specifications, conversion, and emerging market opportunities.
- Provide recurring sales and market insights to Sales Leadership, A&D/Commercial, BDMs, Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, A&D/Commercial, BDMs, ASMs, Independent Sales Representatives, Marketing, Customer Experience, CS Connect support, and fabricator partners to maximize conversion and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions as appropriate.
- Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients and support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events where necessary.
- Make outbound follow-up calls and communications to existing customers to cross-sell, up-sell, nurture opportunities, and strengthen relationships.
- Handle inbound prospect inquiries and work to convert qualified opportunities into sales.
- Communicate product/service features and benefits, support pricing and quoting activities, and coordinate customer training as necessary.
- Investigate and help resolve customer service issues and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, coordinating with the appropriate internal teams when required.
- Appropriately communicate Caesarstone brand identity and corporate position.
- Attend periodic sales and product training where applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, lead development, customer service, project coordination, or a related sales capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, nurture leads, and move projects through a defined sales process.
- Strong experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, project follow-up, and time management.
- Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities using project size, stage, timing, customer profile, and conversion potential.
- Commercial awareness and ability to research, understand, and communicate relevant project and market intelligence.
- Strong customer relationship skills with a consultative, concierge-oriented approach.
