The Internal Sales consultant will be required to deal with all enquiries promptly and efficiently, both by telephone and in person, from customers and staff. Good telephone skills and Kerridge sales order processing are required in this role. Product knowledge would be an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a part of our sales team, you will be:

• Creating pick notes or placing special orders, including cash sales.

• Preparing customer collection notes.

• Providing price estimates for customers, including bills of quantity.

• Providing product advice to customers.

• Varying administrative duties

• Liaising with all departments to provide high quality service.

What We’re Looking For

• You must be entitled or licenced to work in Jersey

• Great customer focus and desire to do your absolute best to get the best outcomes

• Ability to build rapport and develop good understanding of your portfolio to secure future projects.

• Pro active

• Well organised

• Great attention to detail

• Efficiently use IT equipment and have a strong telephone presence.
