As an Internal Sales Team Member, you play a vital role in keeping our customers moving. You’ll be the key link between our products and our customers — ensuring smooth order processing, delivering excellent service, and building long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
• Responding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries
• Building strong, lasting customer relationships
• Assisting with pick packing to support timely deliveries
• Supporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to multitask
• A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
