This is a customer-focused role where sales experience, quotation preparation and follow-up, electrical product knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills are key priorities. You will play an important role in building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing technical product advice and delivering excellent service every day.

• Driving sales and ensuring customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branch
• Providing product advice and technical support to customers
• Following up and providing notification of outstanding orders
• Managing customer sales, quoting/product sourcing, and management of customer projects including DIFOT
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.
• Building excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure best possible margins are maintained
• Active capture of sales information into CRM as sales excellence best practice

Qualifications

• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience essential.
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and deliver customer-focused outcomes
• A passion for providing great customer service and ability to thrive in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and professional personal presentation
• Sound product knowledge, ideally within electrical products and solutions preferred
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.
• Have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role
