We provide smart electrical solutions in over 1,900 branches across 21 countries worldwide that improve the comfort, safety and security of our customers’ homes, businesses, and industries

A typical day will involve:

• Be the go-to expert who lights up our customers' day with brilliant solutions and an in-store experience that gets them excited about their next project
• Share your enthusiasm for electrical products and help customers discover exactly what they need to succeed
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across our full range of electrical offerings and industry applications
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers through exceptional service and follow-up
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities that add genuine value to customer projects
• Collaborate with team members to support store operations, maintain inventory awareness, and share best practices
• Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards relevant to electrical wholesaling and customer interactions

Qualifications

• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
