Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • A tertiary qualification in Administration or Marketing/Sales will be preferential
  • A high level of numeracy and computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent coordination and administrative skills
  • The ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis on numerous simultaneous projects
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills / customer orientation
  • The ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understanding of Syspro is an advantage but not limited 

 Responsibilities:

  • Telesales Experienced & confident in making outbound sales calls
  • Knowledge of Self-adhesive label manufacturing industry
  • Providing administrative support to Sales personnel, and
  • Dealing telephonically with external customers on queries and order/delivery requirements
  • Managing orders and delivery dates for the relevant Sales personnel portfolio
  • Assisting in processing new and repeat jobs in order to meet customer requirements with respect to order quantity, price and delivery and label specifications.
