Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Support an Account Manager "buddy" in providing outstanding customer service
  • Processing orders and quotes in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner
  • Build and continue developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaising with various suppliers to source products and information for customers
  • Completing take offs and follow up on quote submissions
  • Continually look for ways to add value to Bowens and our customers business

We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:

  • Ideally, prior experience in a sales support/administration position processing orders and quotes.
  • Possess a 'Customer Comes First' attitude with sound planning, organisational and attention to detail skills
  • Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email.
  • A willingness to learn and have fun whilst getting the job done
  • Strong relationship building, analytical and problem solving skills
  • A sales mindset with the ability to contribute to store KPI’s
