Referral Opportunity: Russian-Speaking Consultant Roles

Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for Russian-speaking Consultant roles with internationally renowned clients. As a Sutherland employee, you can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances! If your referral is hired, you’ll receive a referral bonus Each referral is reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team to find the best fit for open roles. If there are no current openings, we’ll keep their information for 6 months and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.

Qualifications for Referral Bonus Eligibility:

To qualify for the referral bonus, your referral should:

🗣️ Speak both Russian and English at a B2 level or higher

🇪🇺 Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card)

đź“„ Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract

⏳ Complete a 6-month probation period

đź“… Referrals are valid for 6 months, after which they need to be resubmitted to qualify for the bonus.

How the Internal Referral Program Works:

📝 Submit Referral: Log in to SmartRecruiters and submit your friend’s details. An email confirmation from SmartRecruiters will be sent but it does not guarantee bonus eligibility.

📣 Notify Your Friend: Let them know you’ve referred them to Sutherland!

🤝 Our Team Contacts Them: If eligible, our Talent Acquisition Team will reach out to start the process. If there are no current openings, we’ll keep their information on file and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.

📆 Program Duration: The Referral program is open for the whole year

đź“§ Position Availability: All actual positions are listed in Friday's newsletter
👥 Eligible Referrals: All Sutherland employees from Level 1 to Level 6 are eligible to refer candidates. (Unless directly involved in the hiring process.)

⏳ Referral Validity: Referrals must have six months of inactivity if they’ve previously applied before the referral is eligible for a bonus.

📤 Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal before the referred applicant completes their application. Referrals are processed by the Talent Acquisition Team and the bonus is paid after the referred employee meets milestone dates.
