Job Location: TX-ESP-MIDLD - Midland, TX 79706
Position Type: Full TimeRoles & Responsibilities
- Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily tasks.
- Organize fittings, connectors, and small components.
- Label and tag parts as instructed.
- Support inventory control and material tracking.
- Assist in basic leak and pressure test setups.
- Help measuring and cut capillary tubing
- Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the workshop.
- Report unsafe conditions or damaged tools.
- Comply with company quality standards and procedures
Education,

Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training in Mechanical or Instrumentation (preferred).
- 5-10 years workshop experience (preferred but not required).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Read, Write, and Speak English.
Working Conditions
Environment
- Work in Various Temperatures.
Hours/Shifts
- 24 hours Call Out
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Comfortable working with small mechanical components.
