What You Will Do

• Support and maintain day-to-day internal operational workflows and processes to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose actionable improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist in tracking key operational metrics and reporting on performance to inform decision-making.
• Manage internal tools, documentation, and systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives that support the company’s growth and scalability.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, business operations, or a related role within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment while maintaining clear communication.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements.
• Adaptable and eager to take ownership in a lean, growing team, thriving amid ambiguity and changing priorities.

Preferred

• Experience in internal operations, people enablement, or cross-functional execution within a high-growth startup.
