SLH-Sutter Lakeside HospitalSutter Health is seeking a BE/BC Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician to join our collegial and dedicated team at Sutter Lakeside Outpatient Clinic, located in the beautiful mountain ranges of Lake County. Key Responsibility
· Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
· Perform routine and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease).
· Conduct physical exams, preventive care, and wellness visits.
· Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions commonly seen in an ambulatory setting.
· Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
· Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence‑based guidelines.
· Manage medication therapy, refills, and adjustments.

Pay Range is $261,996.80 to $376,001.60 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
