Internal Medicine Physician

Onsite | Phoenix (West Phoenix), AZ

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level primary care role.

This position requires a clinically strong physician who can independently manage adult patient populations, deliver preventive care, and drive long-term health outcomes in a structured outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients

  Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

  Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs

  Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• 
  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• 
  Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• 
  Proven experience treating adult-only patient populations
• 
  Strong clinical background in chronic disease management
• 
  Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards
• 
  Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• 
  Stable and consistent professional history
• 
  Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

  Experience in outpatient or clinic-based internal medicine

  Ability to manage patient volume efficiently while maintaining quality

HireNow Package

• Salary: $210,000 – $250,000 base
• Location: Onsite in Phoenix (West Phoenix), AZ
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
