We are hiring a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in New York. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering premium hourly compensation.
This position is structured for physicians who value high earning potential and independent contractor flexibility.
This role is compensation-focused and does not include traditional employment benefits.
Under current New York regulations, physicians must be enrolled in Medicaid in order to prescribe medications to Medicaid patients.
Pharmacies will not process prescriptions written by non-enrolled providers for Medicaid recipients.
Only physicians with active Medicaid enrollment will be considered.
