Job Description

  • Manage all warehouse and material flow activities, including unloading, receiving, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve Supply Chain material flow standards, processes, tools, and work instructions in alignment with company strategy, operational efficiency, inventory targets, and cost optimization.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse personnel by setting objectives, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, conducting evaluations, supporting succession planning, and identifying training and development needs.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, governance, safety regulations, and process execution while identifying opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced service delivery.
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy levels and ensure the proper utilization, maintenance, and safety compliance of warehouse equipment and technical assets.
  • Collaborate with facilities and central Supply Chain Management teams on material flow topics, contribute to warehouse system design (WSD), support customer projects and RFQs, and share best practices across operations.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and material flow performance, ensuring timely reporting and continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Warehousing and Internal Material Flow Operations, including at least 3 years in a proven leadership role.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA EWM is considered a strong advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English with excellent communication, reporting, leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
