Internal Marketing Coordinator

Granger Medical Clinic is seeking an organized, relationship-focused Internal Marketing Coordinator at our Taylorsville headquarters to support physician engagement, internal networking, referral development, social media, online reputation management, and provider listing management. This position's focus will be helping physicians build meaningful connections across our clinics and provide company social media and marketing support. This position will also help maintain accurate and consistent physician and clinic information across major online directories and review platforms.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

• Comfortable coordinating meetings, hosting events, and facilitating professional introductions.
• Sound judgment when handling patient feedback, provider information, account access, and sensitive situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Physician Networking:

• Plan and host monthly physician networking and other relationship-building opportunities.
• Identify physicians, specialties, and clinic teams that would benefit from stronger internal referral connections and communication needs
• Develop and coordinate personalized introduction plans for newly hired physicians and introduce new providers to key referral sources within Granger Medical Clinic.
• Maintain organized records of physician introductions, and networking activities and gather feedback from physicians and clinics to improve networking efforts.
• Help promote awareness of Granger's providers, specialties, services, and locations throughout the organization.

Social Media Support:

• Assist with the development, scheduling, and publishing of social media content.
• Coordinate provider features, clinic announcements, service-line promotions, health education, and other timely content.
• Gather information, photos, and approvals from providers and clinic teams.
• Monitor social media engagement and help respond to comments or questions according to established guidelines.
• Support the development and maintenance of the organization's social media content calendar.

General Marketing Support:

• Assist with provider onboarding and the development of physician marketing materials.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and special projects.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and internal departments as needed.
• Maintain organized project files, schedules, contact lists, and reporting documents.
• Ensure marketing activities, listings, and materials are consistent with Granger Medical Clinic's brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, physician relations, business development, event coordination, healthcare, or a related area preferred.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, online directories, Google Business Profile, and digital reputation management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with social media scheduling, design, listing management, or project-management platforms is a plus.
• Ability to travel to Granger Medical Clinic locations and attend occasional events as needed.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Primarily sedentary role; occasional lifting up to 10 lbs
• Frequent computer and office equipment use
• Indoor, climate-controlled environment
