The Role

Managing the day-to-day communications / activities / stock management / requests / follow up with Key Customers:

  • Establishing a robust relationship with key contacts within a designated number of customers and to be the main communications contact for these key customers.
  • To monitor & manage the daily movements of stocked SKUs within these accounts ensuring adequate supply of material in a timely manner so our customers can meet their production requirements, while keeping in line with company objectives for stock.
  • To monitor and manage non stocked orders, chasing internally with Production, and communicating of same to Key Customers.
  • Organizing and running multi-functional online meetings with key customers on a regular basis to review & discuss delivery / quality performance.
  • Reviewing OTIF of key customers on a monthly basis and discussing / investigating internally ways to improve.
  • Preparing and maintaining internal sales systems, notably forecasting and core key account planning tools, to a high level for these key customers.
  • Coordinating & following up in a timely manner on customers issues such as delivery / quality / requests for samples / requests for quotations / request for sustainability & EU legislation directives information.
  • Managing & responding to web cycle enquiries, being able to identify relevant opportunities & to develop these to order stage.
  • Supporting External Sales team with processing of enquiries and passing to commercial.
  • Supporting External Sales Team with organising samples and shipping of same to prospect accounts
