  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of internal digital communications by testing new tools, formats and approaches.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Experience delivering internal or digital communications within a large, fast‑paced or frontline‑focused environment.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to turn complex information into engaging, people‑first messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering digital content, including written communications, visuals and video.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, plan content across channels and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across different teams and levels.
  • A curious, creative and improvement‑focused mindset, with a willingness to test, learn and adapt.
