BGIS is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Christchurch team in a vital Trade Services Leadership role. You will lead a new growing in-house team of trades professionals, delivering high-quality maintenance services to internal clients across a broad range of trade disciplines. These include Electrical Technicians, Carpenters, Plumbers, Painters, Roofers and more.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for the end-to-end coordination of works — from scoping, quoting, and scheduling to quality assurance and compliance. You’ll also drive workforce planning, manage team performance, support recruitment and training, and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting to the you will oversee 4+ direct reports (Site Foremen) and up to 10+ indirect reports, working closely with the Maintenance Manager, National Self-Perform Operational Support Manager, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth & high-quality service delivery.
