The Internal Control Unit Head will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring internal control frameworks that safeguard the bank’s assets, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate risks. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to uphold the highest standards of governance and control.
