We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checking of new orders issued in the ERP system

• Review details of each transaction and prevent from mistakes on them

• Identify mistakes in registrations, operational mistakes, extra costs, wrong initial expectations

• Prepare clear, concise audit reports presenting findings (both for management)

• Provide recommendations on corrective actions in collaboration with the teams' leaders

• Monitor implementation of recommendations and report on progress

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Customer-centric approach

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
