Hankook Tire Europe GmbH is searching for Internal Control (ICFR) Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

1. ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting)

• Support the operation and enhancement of the ICFR framework across EU entities
• Perform internal control assessments in line with SOX and COSO frameworks
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of internal control processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with Global HQ to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and operational risks

1. EU Sales Controlling

• Support financial performance management of European sales entities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor working capital and accounts receivable (AR) with a focus on risk management
• Prepare and analyze key management reports to support business decision-making

1. Manufacturing & Investment Controlling

• Support performance analysis of manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, and cost performance
• Analyze variances in manufacturing costs and SG&A against plans
• Oversee capital investment controlling processes, including budgeting, execution monitoring, and closure
• Support investment management systems and related governance processes

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in internal controls, accounting, compliance or audit is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (FI/CO preferred) for efficient data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to processes and procedures.
• Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken). Korean is a plus.
